Lambdex 5 EC Insecticide is a broad-spectrum pyrethroid insecticide containing Lambda-cyhalothrin 50 g/L as the active ingredient. It works through contact and ingestion, rapidly disrupting the nervous system of target pests, causing paralysis and death. Lambdex 5 EC provides a fast knockdown effect with good residual protection, making it effective for controlling aphids, thrips, whiteflies, caterpillars, and other chewing and sucking insects in crops such as French beans, snow peas, roses, vegetables, and other horticultural crops. It is best applied at the first signs of pest infestation and is suitable for use in integrated pest management (IPM) programmes when rotated with insecticides having different modes of action to help reduce resistance development.
